Why MAGIS
Working on systems that matter
At MAGIS, projects involve real infrastructures: water and power networks, transport systems, territorial mapping and operational monitoring platforms. The systems we build are used daily by operators and public institutions.
Solid technical work
Enterprise GIS, Utility Network, web GIS development, Python automation, spatial databases and cloud architectures. The work often means understanding a business domain, structuring data and designing robust tools.
Useful projects
Our clients are network operators, public institutions, industrial actors and local authorities. The systems we build are used to operate networks, plan infrastructure or analyse territories.
A small, effective team
Engineers work in pairs on most projects. Each engineer develops a technical specialty. Knowledge is shared across the team. Systems are designed to remain maintainable over time.
Recruitment
Two profiles we hire regularly
Experienced · 5+ years
Autonomy and responsibility
Projects are run as a team. Experienced engineers share their knowledge, put forward solutions, and technical decisions are discussed collectively. We favour pragmatic decisions built on experience and technical analysis.
Each engineer gradually develops a speciality and becomes the go-to reference for the rest of the team on that subject.
Junior profile
Learning on real projects
We also hire junior profiles with a background in geomatics or software, strong technical foundations and genuine curiosity.
The goal is to learn quickly by working on real projects, supported by more experienced engineers.
