Angular and Java web platform with a JavaScript mobile app for recording geolocated marine mammal observations in French Polynesia, integrated with ArcGIS and compliant with RGPD requirements.
Context
The Direction de l’Environnement in French Polynesia needed a field tool to record and centralise marine mammal observations across the territory.
The objective was to collect reliable, geolocated and standardised data to support long-term monitoring of marine biodiversity.
Solution implemented
MAGIS developed a mobile application combined with a web interface allowing field observers to record marine mammal observations through a geolocated form and an interactive map. The platform also includes a backend for data and user management, enabling the centralisation, supervision and use of observations collected across the territory.
